Deviatons from PRDA norms, if any, are done in actual construction at site it is understood that these are one with the prior approval / knowledge of the Owners / Builders & Developers and the architects shall not be liable for any such deviations.

The layout, sizes & specifications are subject to such additions / alterations or modification as decided by the Owners, Builders & Developers or by the competent authority.
